Welcome to Biannual Grants application for 2017/18 Round 1

Moonee Valley City Council's Biannual Grants program provides funding to support projects that enhance wellbeing in Moonee Valley. Not-for-profit organisations, community groups, individuals and local businesses are eligible to apply for grants of up to $20,000.

Before completing the application:

You must read the Moonee Valley Community Funding Guidelines.
Discuss your project with a relevant Council Officer as listed in the Guidelines or the Community Grants Officer on 9243 1664.

Please note: Applications close at 5:00pm on Tuesday 8 August 2017.

Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Completing the application

Check the website for dates of grants information sessions to attend, these will to help you to prepare a quality application.

Certificate of Incorporation
Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance
Most recent profit and loss statement

For businesses:

Business/Marketing Plan
Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance
Most recent profit and loss statement

For organisations/groups that are NOT incorporated:

Letter confirming auspice agreement
Certificate of Incorporation (from auspice)
Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance (may be from auspice)
Most recent profit and loss statement (may be from auspice)

For individuals with an auspice organisation:

Proof of residency in Moonee Valley (i.e. rates notice, utility bill, drivers licence)
Letter confirming auspice agreement
Certificate of Incorporation (from auspice)
Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance (from auspice)
Most recent profit and loss statement (from auspice)

*Optional: You may also like to attach additional supporting documentation such as quotes, letter of support, photos, maps, project plan, case study, etc.
