Applications are assessed competitively by the Advisory Committee based on the assessment criteria outlined in the Partnership Grants Guidelines.

Summary of assessment criteria:

  • Need: why the project is needed, important and justified.
  • Benefit: how the project will benefit the Moonee Valley community and intended participants.
  • Delivery: skills and experience to deliver the project and sound financial management.

Unfortunately, not all applications will be successful due to demand and a limited funding pool.
