Community Grants Acquittal Reports

If you are submitting an acquittal report, please Log In to your SmartyGrants portal and then click on My Submissions at the top of the page. If you cannot see the Acquittal Form in your application, please email communitygrants@mvcc.vic.gov.au and include your Application ID number.
